- 5/5 from Sarah Ross, attended May 2026: Had such a lovely candle making class with Bettina the other night, with delicious food and drinks to sip while we dipped the candles. It was so interesting learning about beeswax and how candles are made. We got to take home the candles we made, and I can’t wait to light mine!
- 5/5 from Sunny Kang, attended May 2026: What a wonderful experience! Loved everything about this event - the warmth welcome as soon as we arrived - the delicious nibbles laid on, the music, the gorgeous ambient candle light. Betina was an excellent host and instructor - such a fun experience and the candles we made are gorgeous - I was super proud. I’m now keen to do the workshop! Perfect evening with friends and understanding Bees wax candle making. Thank you Betina and team!
- 5/5 from Mirjam Roos, attended May 2026: What a lovely experience! We had a lot of fun dipping candles and chatting in a really welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. I am vey happy with my beautiful beeswax candles and will definitely be back again.
- 5/5 from Jan Sacco, attended May 2026: Such a fun & relaxing activity. I loved learning how to make my candles. The instructions provided were clear & we were provided with all the tools & ingredients needed. I also met some lovely new people in the process. I can’t wait to enjoy my creation made from natural ingredients.
- 5/5 from Petra Kleegraefe, attended May 2026: A friend had recommended Hive and Harmony and I liked the idea of learning more about candle making without the mess at home. This workshop was so much more: an evening to slow down, very therapeutic, and lovingly guided by Ken and Bettina. We dipped our candles about 20 times with little waits to cool the wax down and I loved to see how 10 strangers grew into just one joyful group, everyone with a big smile on their face. I look forward to burning the candles as a reminder of how many bees work tirelessly for us every day and of course remembering the wonderful workshop. Our candles turned out so beautifully and I will certainly be back to share this experience with my daughters and more friends.
