I'm a somatic clay therapist offering mindfulness-based pottery classes and one-on-one therapy sessions in a calm and welcoming studio.Before finding my way to clay, I spent several years in academia, completing a PhD in psychology and teaching at university. I began working with clay as a hobby, and over time, what started as a personal mindfulness practice evolved into a professional calling, leading me to train as a Clay Field® therapist.I started Wheelfulness in 2019, and since then it has become known for its personalised approach that cultivates somatic mindfulness at the pottery wheel. Now, from my new studio in Matraville, I continue to offer small-group pottery classes alongside one-on-one clay therapy sessions.
