Discover the art of jewellery making in our exciting Silver Pendant Making Workshop! This hands-on class is specially designed for young artists aged 12 to 15 who are eager to learn the fundamentals of metalworking and create their very own custom silver pendant.
What to Expect:
Introduction to Metalworking: Get a overview of basic jewellery-making tools and techniques. Learn about the properties of silver and how to handle it safely.
Design Your Pendant: Let your imagination run wild as you sketch and plan your pendant design. Our experienced instructors will guide you through the design process, helping you bring your unique ideas to life.
Crafting Process: Dive into the practical aspects of jewellery making. Learn to saw, file and form. Experience the magic of shaping and forming silver into a beautiful piece of jewellery.
Soldering Techniques: learn the art of soldering as you join different parts of your pendant. Our instructors will ensure you understand safety protocols and techniques to create strong, seamless joints.

The Metal Space - 8/505 Pittwater Road, Brookvale NSW

Parking: There is only one hour of parking available in the clearway on Pittwater Road in front of The Metal Space from Monday to Friday. The best option for weekdays is to park next to Brookvale Oval, where there is eight hours of parking available during the day. Public transport: The Metal Space is only a seven-minute walk from the Warringah Mall bus stops and the B Line stop. This makes it easily accessible from Sydney CBD as well as all corners of the Northern Beaches.
