Step into "Written in the Stars, " a cosy astrology-inspired brush calligraphy workshop at Hanmade's Bakehouse in Rooty Hill, where creativity, self-discovery, and a little celestial magic come together.
Over two relaxing hours, you'll learn the foundations of modern brush calligraphy before creating your own personalised birth chart artwork, which is completely guided from blank page to finished piece.
You don't need to be artistic. You don't need any previous calligraphy experience. And you definitely don't need perfect handwriting!
Your Creative Experience:
We'll begin with the foundations of beginner-friendly brush calligraphy, including:
  • How to hold and control a brush pen
  • Basic stroke techniques
  • How to construct and connect letters
  • Creating beautiful, flowing words
Then comes the magic!
Using your own birth details, you'll create a personalised birth chart-inspired artwork featuring your zodiac placements written in your beautiful calligraphy.
You'll be guided through the design process so you can create something that feels personal, beautiful, and completely your own.
Your Final Project:
Your finished artwork will be your own "Written in the Stars" birth chart, a personalised keepsake inspired by the sky you were born under.
Think celestial symbols, beautiful lettering, meaningful details, and a little bit of magic.
It's designed to be something you'll want to frame, display, or keep tucked inside your journal.
