Kate the teacher provided clear, well-paced instructions that were so easy to follow that I bought a kit to make a matching lampshade at home. The Made By Me workshop is a beautiful and inspiring venue, the group size was perfect and the morning tea was just right (to keep us refreshed and focused). Highly recommended for craft workshop junkies and DIY project lovers alike!

The Made by Me studio was was provided a delightful atmosphere and a’ just right’ class size. We agreed Kate was the perfect teacher, providing excellent step by step demonstrations followed by supportive individual attention. The pace of the class allowed everyone to complete their lampshade, comfortably. It was amazing to see how such different fabric choices could transform into unique, three dimensional objects. We followed the morning up with a coffee and scoured the antique shops for quirky lamp bases. We would highly recommend this class for a great, creative experience. We intend to further our skills with further classes. A BIG thank you to Kate.
