- A stovetop
- A shallow saucepan
- A wooden spoon
- 250 g butter
- A litre of milk
- A kitchen work surface
- A bag of frozen raspberries or 2 punnets of fresh raspberries or blueberries
- A lemon
- A piece of baking paper
- Food processor (optional)
- Pastry brush (optional)

Your teacher Pamela is known for teaching watercolour, but her other passion is cooking. As a child, she spent a decade doing her homework in a cafe in Darlinghurst and in her twenties worked in kitchens and cafes as a cook and started up and owned her own cafe called Teascapes back in the day. She is known by her friends as someone who cooks all kinds of stuff and scones are one of her favourites 'go to' dishes. Her kitchen philosophy is to keep it simple and enjoy.

I have had the best life ever, following my passions. I have worked as a script editor and writer and been a course leader and senior lecturer in the UK in film and TV and before that I was an illustrator and artist. For the last 5 years have become increasingly interested in informal learning. I run classes around Sydney in different venues and concentrate on my passion of growing succulents, art and the art of teaching. I go by the name classbunny.
