5/5 from Maz Pang, attended May 2026: I had alot of fun learning how to use the pottery wheel today and different techniques from Arun. I also loved the stories he shared and his relaxed approach, which allowed me to test and learn my pottery skills! As the class is only a max of 3, you can ask questions freely and learn alot in a short class. I'm coming back!
5/5 from Rebecca Song, attended May 2026: Small class, very laid back environment. You get a few goes at throwing which is important to get a hang of things. Timing is very relaxed. Only thing to note is that if you do an once off class, it's a wheel throwing experience only. Meaning you don't take something home as there are more steps that are designed over a total of 3 classes. Your first class taken will be taken as as credit for the total series of 3 classes required.
5/5 from Ariel Borshtin Sawicki, attended May 2026: It was very helpful and engaging very easy to learn and grow from the teacher. Very much recommend thank you
5/5 from Sonia Hazy, attended Mar 2026: The class was at an easy pace and Arun was there to help guide through the experience. I would recommend it, it’s worth it.
5/5 from Bryan Lacambra, attended Mar 2026: Thank you Arun for such a great class. I didn’t know what to expect coming in but had such a fun time learning the art of pottery wheel throwing. I especially appreciated Arun’s teaching approach - he was fun, engaging and patient while also allowing us space to be independent. I would highly recommend Arun to anyone interested in this activity
5/5 from Felicity Hales, attended Jan 2026: Great teacher. Loved the small class.
5/5 from Jaimee Soo, attended Nov 2025: Arun was an amazing teacher who was engaging and entertaining at the same time! He gave us a little tour of his studio which created a hospitable, homely and safe environment before we started. He taught us how to throw clay on the pottery wheel by showing us first before giving us a go and helping us along the way when we required. We got to throw a few pieces, and he helped us less each time to encourage our skills and learning. He also encouraged us to be creative and make each piece unique by adding our own flare and personality. I would 100% Arun and his beautiful studio as he exceeded my expectations and I definitely want to go back for more classes!
5/5 from Stell Cheung, attended Mar 2025: I recently attended my first-ever throwing class, it was a great learning experience! Arun was fantastic, the class was incredibly informative, and I learned so much in a short amount of time. Arun's teaching style was engaging and easy to follow. He was patient and made sure I understood each step of the process. The studio itself was cosy and had a welcoming atmosphere that made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend anyone to give Arun's pottery throwing class a go, whether you're a beginner or have some experience. It's a wonderful opportunity to learn a new skill and have a great time doing it.
