Mother's Day Cocktail Class

We are planning a very special Mother's Day Cocktail Class at Crows Nest to make sure the mums feel the love. Bring your mum and shake up some cocktails and learn some new tips and tricks from our cocktail masters. A glass of champagne on arrival and a special gift for mum in our beautifully decorated floral theme.You’ll be greeted with a drink on arrival (beer, wine, or bubbles).The class begins with an introduction and demonstration from our cocktail connoisseurs and a taster of the delicious cocktail. You’ll then head behind the bar together to experience the thrill of making your own cocktail, with guidance and feedback along the way. Then, of course, you’ll drink your creation!An example of some of the cocktails you may have during your group's masterclass are:

• Espresso Martini (vodka, Tia Maria, espresso, and a salted caramel sugar syrup)
• Negroni (gin, sweet vermouth, and Campari)
• Fairy Floss Martini (Swedish vodka, raspberry sorbet, cane sugar, fairy floss rose)
• Hundreds and Thousands (vanilla vodka, apple and strawberry puree, fresh lemon juice, sprinkles)
• White Chocolate Passionfruit Martini (cake-infused vodka, white chocolate, ruby red grapefruit, and passionfruit)

• Burrata and prosciutto plate
• Salt and pepper calamari - served with chipotle aioli
• Arancini balls - housemade risotto balls with three cheese and herbs served with chipotle aioli

Choose between:

• Classic Margarita Pizza (V) - tomato, buffalo mozzarella, parmesan, basil
• Chorizo and Buffalo Mozzarella Pizza - with smoked chermoula dressing
• Crispy Peking Duck Pizza - with hoisin sauce, shallots, cucumber, coriander, drizzled with orange, star anise, and cinnamon glaze
• Chilli Prawn Pizza - with roasted capsicum, tomato, chermoula, and chilli sauce
• Grilled Vege Pizza (V) - pine nuts, balsamic onion, Danish feta, rocket, and balsamic glaze
• Brownie Swirl - sweet pastry scroll filled with warm chocolate brownie, drizzled with Belgian chocolate, served with vanilla ice cream
