What you'll do

Join us for a hands-on tufting class in Sydney, where you'll learn how to turn yarn into art.

In this beginner-friendly class, we'll guide you through the whole tufting process, from sketching your design to tufting your own custom rug. Whether you've never touched a tufting gun or have a bit of experience, this class is designed to be fun and approachable.

You'll learn how to handle a tufting gun, experiment with different yarns and build texture into your design. Our goal is to make tufting accessible and enjoyable for everyone, and we can't wait to see what you create.

By the end of the session, you'll have a unique piece of art to take home and a new creative skill to keep exploring.

Send us your design idea before your class — by email, text or Instagram — and we'll have it ready to go. If it's your first time tufting, we recommend a design without too much fine detail or too many colour changes.

Very good bargain considering you make it and they can shape it, create the outline, shave it, glue it all in the same day under 6 hours in total including your session time. He gave very clear and concise instructions and was always on hand when we needed him. The studio is conveniently located close to Central Station, Chinatown market city and parking at the Sydney Central Hotel is literally across the road. We were able to release our creativity while being strongly supported by Jack. I thoroughly recommend this experience and will definitely try and do it again.

The instructor was very nice and was very accomodating, I sent the images of what I wanted a few hours before and it was all good. We finished within the 3 hour mark and the 45cm option was plenty of space for a cat portrait. Definitely suggest using AI to cartoonify an image for use in this class.

I feel the place was too small for the amount of people in there and it was like tetris at the beginning when a large group was getting instructions.
