All the participants had one particular area they wanted to focus on (lips, eyebrows, skin) and she gave us really good advice. Linda did half our face and we had to practice on the other half.(her side looked better.) LOL. We got a free brush set and lots of ideas to make our make-up more appropriate to our mature skin. I would highly recommend this course.

Linda took us through the skincare and make up routine, in order, that is suitable for mature skin and why there are differences. She then guided and helped us to apply all of the steps to ourselves, making corrections along the way. She advised us on the best colours for our skin tone and was more than happy to go over the allocated time, to make sure that we all knew what we were doing before we left. There was the opportunity to purchase anything that was used, but no pressure and it's easy to purchase later if we want.

Hi, I’m Linda – a beauty and wellness educator. My career started as a makeup artist and hair stylist, then moved into teaching with over 20 years of experience in the industry. My journey began with a love for helping people feel confident and beautiful, and over time, that love evolved into a passion for teaching, well-being, and empowering others.I’ve had the privilege of working with women of all ages, but I’m especially known for my expertise in mature skin. There’s something deeply rewarding about helping someone rediscover their radiance, and I believe beauty is more than skin deep – it’s about confidence, health, and self-love.I’ve trained hundreds of students throughout my career in private colleges and have also developed courses in makeup and hairstyling. In the last 9 years, I have taken a deep dive into personal growth to help me get through some tough changes and discovered an additional passion that has enhanced my current skills, such as trauma-informed breathwork and NLP.In addition to my hands-on industry work, I’m a published course creator, a passionate mentor, and a proud volunteer for Dress for Success, where I help women prepare for their next chapter.Whether I’m teaching a class or leading a workshop, my goal is always the same: to uplift, educate, and inspire.
