Carefully prepared by Coco De Venci, this kit includes premium ingredients used in the class, allowing you to follow along with ease and confidence while creating beautifully finished chocolates. Perfect for those who prefer a guided, ready-to-use experience without the need to source ingredients themselves.
What you'll get in your craft kit
  • 50 gm premium custom made couverture dark chocolate (for shelling) - Vegan
  • 50 gm premium couverture Belgian chocolate for ganache (milk, white or caramel- your choice; use the dark if vegan) - choose your option in the extra's section.
  • 2 × coloured cocoa butter (15 gm each)
  • 1 × polycarbonate mould
  • 1 × chocolate scraper
  • 1 × spatula

What you'll need
Yourself and your enthusiasm! Along with all the items in the essentials kit, you will need:
  • A couple of microwave-safe bowls and mixing spoons on hand
  • Thickened cream for the ganache
  • Alcohol if making liqueur-infused chocolates

FAQ

Is this class available for vegans?
Yes my dark chocolate is vegan so if you choose the vegan option along with the kit I will send you dark chocolate for the ganache also. You can use coconut cream for the ganache.
Can we use our own moulds?
Yes absolutely you can definitely use your own moulds. Polycarbonate or plastic are preferable.
Can I use silicon moulds?
Short answer yes! However if you want to use coloured cocoa butter they do not stick on silicon moulds very well, so you won't receive the full experience of the class. You can use simple plastic moulds if you don't have polycarbonate moulds.
