Free Goal Coaching Workshop

Bring a goal—personal or creative. Imagine it lived. Discover something you haven’t seen before.

1 hour Class size 1 to 20 guests       Free

Got something you’d really like to make happen over the next 6–12 months?
Maybe it’s a change you’ve been thinking about, a new direction you want to take, or an idea that keeps calling you back.
Perhaps you know what you want, but you’ve been hesitating, or you haven’t quite found your first step.
Bring it along.
In this free 60-minute live online coaching workshop, we’ll step away from the everyday and imagine that your goal has become part of your life.
What’s different? How are you different? What surprised you? What may have helped you get there?
Through guided coaching, writing, and reflection, we’ll explore those questions and see what comes up.
Then we’ll come back to where you are today, and you can choose the first step you’re ready to take.
What to expect
A relaxed, judgement-free space to exercise your imagination and give one goal your attention.
I’ll guide you through writing and reflection, with opportunities to share along the way.
You might write, doodle, play with colour, or make lines and shapes—whatever helps you explore your thoughts.
There are no right or wrong answers, and you don’t need to have everything figured out. Curiosity is enough.
You might leave seeing your goal differently, noticing something you hadn’t considered before, or knowing what you’d like to do next.
Who is it for?
This workshop is for women with something they’d like to move forward over the next 6–12 months.
It could be something you’ve been thinking about for ages, something you’ve only just begun to explore, or something you’re finally ready to give some attention to.
Bring the goal. We’ll start there.
What women have said:
“I left with a deeper sense of resolve to take aligned action in the face of internal and external challenges.”
— Ruby | Future You Starts Now participant
Free to attend. You’re welcome to invite a friend or family member who would enjoy this workshop for women.

For over 15 years I've been creating spaces where people can slow down, pay attention and discover something new about themselves. Long before I began coaching, I was doing this through my work as an audio-visual artist, curator and as Co-founder and Director of Operations of the Bogong Centre for Sound Culture, where I've worked with artists, communities and audiences from around Australia and internationally.
What has always fascinated me is the relationship between creativity, curiosity and change. Whether I'm working with someone in a coaching conversation or guiding a workshop, I'm interested in creating the conditions where people feel comfortable to explore, experiment and see things differently.
My workshops bring together coaching, creativity and reflective practice. I invite people to become curious, trust their own instincts and pay attention to what emerges through conversation, writing, reflection and creative exploration. I believe some of our best insights come when we stop trying to find the right answer and instead give ourselves permission to notice and explore.
Facilitating is something I genuinely love because every group is different. I enjoy creating an environment where people have the space to think, listen, contribute and learn something about themselves along the way.
Alongside my creative practice, I'm a qualified Practitioner Coach through Noble Manhattan Coaching and am currently completing my Creativity Coaching Diploma. My background spans artistic practice, curation, mentoring and coaching, giving me a distinctive perspective on creating spaces for exploration, reflection and change.
Whether you come with something you've been thinking about for a while, something you've already begun, or simply a curiosity about what might be possible, I hope you'll leave with fresh perspectives, greater awareness and something meaningful to take forward.
