What you'll do
In this class you will learn all the tips and tricks of hula hooping from a professional circus performance artist who has featured at festivals and circus performances around Australia. Hula hooping is such a great way to gain meditation, joy and energy in one class. It's great for team bonding and breaking the ice or re-energising mindfulness.It's also a great way to stay in shape as hula hooping uses many of your body muscles and is known to strengthen your core and abs. We will bring the hula hoops so just bring yourselves!Minimum fee for a private class is $300
