It was great that there were a bunch of templates to pick from. The led light in the wood base doensn't really light up the picture I painted, so I have stuck the painted perspex to my window, so I can enjoy it. The teacher was friendly, and was there to answer questions and find the paint colours and squeeze paint into our paint tray.

After I chose a design from a large collection of other patterns, I started outlining it with paint and then filling the shapes with different colours. Queenie helped me mix the paints to get the shades I wanted. This is a new experience for me, as it's my first time painting on glass. It was harder than I initially thought. But the result looked great, and that's all that really matters, I guess. I left it in the studio to dry, so I'm really looking forward to what my lamp will look like when I bring it home!

Gave us good advice and guided us through the process well. We were provided with all the materials, snacks and a drink! You can use a template provided or paint your own design! The two hours flew by and we had a lot of fun!
