Led by our experienced pottery instructor, this class offers a unique opportunity to explore the art of ceramics and unleash your creativity in a supportive and interactive online environment.
As we begin, you'll gather your materials, including air-dry clay, sculpting tools, and a tealight candle. Our instructor will guide you through the process of shaping the clay into the signature mushroom shape, teaching you techniques for creating the stem, cap, and delicate details that give the tealight holder its enchanting appearance. You'll learn how to texture the surface of the mushroom to mimic the natural texture of a real mushroom, adding depth and character to your creation.
Throughout the class, our instructor will provide personalised guidance and feedback, ensuring that you feel confident and inspired as you bring your mushroom tealight holder to life. You'll have the opportunity to ask questions, share your progress, and connect with fellow students in our virtual classroom, fostering a sense of community and camaraderie among participants.
Once your mushroom tealight holder is complete, you'll set it aside to dry, eagerly anticipating the moment when you can add a tealight candle and illuminate your creation with a warm and inviting glow.
