Hiya! I am a master’s qualified naturopath and registered nurse, working in theatre with extensive experience across a broad range of major and minor surgeries. Additionally, I have a bachelor’s degree in medical science with an honours in gastroenterology. I'm excited to bring naturopathy into the community through small group workshops.I am fully plant-based and have worked and lived a substantial part of my life in pursuit of optimal health and healing for myself and my patients. Through seeing and experiencing the limitations of symptom and treatment-based approaches to illness using conventional medicine, I was led to seek truth and a deeper understanding of how to heal the body naturally without causing negative downstream impacts.My journey has involved a profound path of learning, self-discovery and exploration in which I have personally experienced the immense power of plant-based nutrition, herbal medicine, regenerative detoxification, cleansing protocols, fasting and other natural practices to heal the body, restore optimal vitality and create abundant energy.
