Born and raised in Belgium, the chocolate country, I have always dreamt of working with chocolate.

I'm a true chocolate expert!
I have studied the art of chocolate in Brussels and have had the fortune of being trained by some of Belgian's best chocolatiers (Laurent Gerbaud, Jérôme Grimonpon, ... ).

Now settled on the Northern beaches, I have my own chocolate business aimed at providing the best Belgian chocolate experience.

Had a great morning making wonderful chocolates to take home. Our host Helene gave us a great introduction to chocolate making. She told us some history about chocolate making ingredients. Her instructions were easy to follow and no fuss. Location was very easy to find. I would highly recommend this workshop to others. Fun morning out.

What a great class, so much fun. The instructor, Helene, is very personable and shared her knowledge and skills with the class in an easy to follow manner. We started with a chocolate tasting and finished with a coffee or hot choc while the truffles we made were setting.

This class was fantastic. I can not praise Helene enough. She shares her vast skills and knowledge in a wonderful relaxed manner that means that without realising you’ve suddenly made delicious chocolates to sample whilst learning about the process.
It’s rare that you find someone with a great skill and the ability to teach it to others but Helene is that person.
It’s wonderful to have this little slice of Europe on the Northern Beaches.

Great Course in a casual atmosphere. Very Interesting to see and hear about the different methods and ways of making something like chocolate that is already amazing to us even better. Helene was a Great teacher, very friendly and so experienced! Would definitely recommend
