Want to know more about the history of chocolate or learn about the benefits of good quality chocolate?With our hands-on 2-hour chocolate classes, we’ll teach you how to temper chocolate for you to make your own creation - this is a technique that many experts struggle with, but we'll teach in a way that you'll master it in no time. Tempering chocolate turns it back from a liquid into a yummy, beautiful and crisp solid.If you're doing this class as a private event, you also have the option to instead learn to make Adora's famous truffles.Forget the pressures of the Masterchef kitchen - we'll take you through it patiently, step by step - no student will fall behind!A great gift for friends or family, or even as a corporate team building activity, you’re bound to enjoy yourself for a fun evening! At the end of the night you’ll take home everything you make (which you didn't already devour) and few extra goodies.Kids Classes are also available for: $40/person, 2:30-4:00pm.
