The Science of Silky Milk

The Science of Silky Milk

We focus heavily on milk chemistry. You’ll learn to listen to the steam wand and feel the pitcher to achieve that velvety silk-like texture.

The Perfect Pull

The Perfect Pull

We’ll touch on pulling the perfect espresso shot because every masterpiece needs a solid canvas.

The Perfect Pour

The Perfect Pour

Learn the physics of the pour: the height, the flow rate, and the wiggles (the motion, not the entertainers) to create high-contrast designs.

Patterns Perfected

Patterns Perfected

Following the foundations of frothing, we will teach you the three main designs: the Heart, the Rosetta, and the Tulip.

Taste and Enjoy

Taste and Enjoy

Learn how to identify the difference that properly textured milk makes to the sweetness and texture of your coffee.

Step up to the jug and explore the art behind every swirl, sweep, and pour. In this hands-on latte art session, you’ll learn how simple techniques can shape classic designs like hearts, rosettas, and tulips—each one revealing how movement, texture, and timing come together in the cup.
Follow a guided walkthrough, try your pour from different angles, and refine each pattern with tips that make every design feel more defined and more deliberate. Interactive, creative, and full of little wins along the way, this experience invites you to play, experiment, and see latte art in a whole new light.
By the final pour, you’ll be shaping beautiful designs at home with confidence and discovering just how much fun it is to bring a touch of creativity to your everyday brew.
This experience is perfect for everyone, from curious beginners to seasoned coffee connoisseurs.
