Contemporary Dance Technique and Choreography

In my classes, I offer a complete dance experience that combines strong technical foundations with creativity and performance. We start by working on technique to develop posture, alignment, balance, control, and precision. This technical base allows students to progress safely while building strength, flexibility, and coordination.Beyond technique, I place great importance on improvisation. I guide students to connect with the music, explore their own movement quality, and develop their musicality. This part of the class helps build confidence, body awareness, and personal expression, allowing each dancer to find their own style.We also work on learning and refining choreography. The focus is not only on memorising steps but on understanding dynamics, transitions, and performance quality. I encourage students to dance with intention, presence, and emotion, so they don’t just execute movements but truly embody them.My goal is to help each student grow technically, artistically, and personally in a supportive and motivating environment.
