In this casual course, you will be able to explore the many health and wellbeing benefits of one of the world's oldest crafts. You'll learn the fundamentals of crochet, from how to hold and hook your yarn, start a chain, make basic stitches, count stitches and rows and read patterns.

This course is intended for absolute beginners. You will be able to work on various projects and complete the course with ideas for how to make a bag, gloves or a scarf. At the end of the course, you can challenge yourself to use all ten fingers at once and relax into a mindful, rhythmic activity at the same time.
