Learn how to pipe an edible bouquet cupcake in this fun and relaxing cake decorating class in Sydney!

During this class, you will:

  • Learn how to hand pipe edible flowers onto cupcakes and create your own cupcake bouquet
  • Use two different types of buttercream - the classic buttercream and the Italian Meringue buttercream. We will discuss how to make both types of buttercream.
  • Learn about the different piping tips and the right tips to use for the flower
  • Pipe flowers using various tips and styles; 8 flower styles will be covered : the rosette, hydrangeas, the individually piped petal rose, the David Austin rose, chrysanthemum, anemone, carnation, sunflower
  • Learn the secrets to colouring buttercream to achieve natural colours
  • Create blends of colours and two-tone flowers
  • Put your creations together to form a bouquet (Optional or have them boxed)

All recipes are provided and your teacher will guide you step by step. All you need need to bring along is an apron!
