In this hands-on class, you will create six elegant European-style dessert cups from scratch.
You’ll make two delicious flavours:
  • Three strawberry and vanilla dessert cups
  • Three blueberry and vanilla dessert cups
You’ll learn how to prepare a smooth cream cheese, assemble beautiful layers, and finish each dessert with your own choice of decorations, including fresh berries, mini Oreo cookies, chocolate, nuts and other toppings.
At the end of the class, you’ll take home all six dessert cups in a presentation box.
