Love dumplings? Learn the secrets to creating delicious dumplings at home at this fun hands-on cooking class in Sydney!

This dumpling cooking class is perfect for beginners, as dumpling guru, Max will guide you step-by-step in creating your own pockets of deliciousness. You will learn how to make your own Chinese and Japanese dumplings and delightful dipping sauces.

During the two-and-a-half-hour class, you will learn how to make your own dumpling dough which you will then fill with four different fillings: prawn and cabbage, scallop and prawn, pork and vegetarian.

At the end of the cooking class, you will enjoy your delicious dumplings and take some home, along with all of the recipes. There will also be a wine taster to accompany each dumpling course.

The class is hosted by Provincial Kitchens Home, who specialises in bespoke kitchen and interior design. Enjoy this culinary experience in a beautiful showroom, with an intimate class setting of no more than eight students.
