What I've learnt over 25 years making television shows and YouTube videos is: no one is born ready to be on camera. But with the right guidance, a few practical skills, and a lighter mindset, you can feel comfortable and even enjoy the process.

Having been behind (and in front of) the lens, creating real, human stories for businesses and individuals — and I’ve seen how empowering it is when someone discovers their own voice on camera.

You don’t need fancy gear or years of training. You just need curiosity and a willingness to try.
