Give Dad a Father's Day He'll Actually Want
Skip the socks and ties this year — treat Dad to a hands-on Indian cooking experience with food writer and cooking teacher Bhavna Kalra Shivalkar. He'll get stuck into real Indian spices and techniques, hear the stories behind each dish, and finish it all with a proper feast he helped cook himself.
On the menu, Dad will learn to make six-to-seven course home-style feast, drawn from dishes like:
Protein – Kadhai Chicken or Pepper Chicken
Protein – Pindi Chole (chickpea curry) or Rajma (kidney beans)
Lentils – Methi Dal or Dal Fry
Rice – Lemon & Peanut Fried Rice or Corn Pulao
Protein – Mushroom Korma or Egg Korma
Bread – Mangalore Buns (deep-fried banana bread) or Potato & Cheese Parathas
Raita – Beetroot or Carrot Raita
Whether he's a keen home cook or has never touched a spice beyond salt and pepper, this is a genuinely fun way to spend Father's Day together — and he'll walk away with new skills and recipes to keep cooking at home.
Menus can be adjusted for group bookings and dietary requirements with advance notice.
