In this interactive workshop, suitable for both beginners and those with some experience, you'll be guided by Marcea, a seasoned fermenter, author, chef, and nutritionist. Master the process of fermenting from start to finish, learning insider tips and tricks along the way.

With delectable offerings such as Miso tofu, sauerkraut, seasonal vegetable pickles, and more, you'll get to savor and sample an array of flavorful creations.
Marcea will also demonstrate how to make quick Miso pickles and ensure you leave feeling confident in caring for your ferments at home.
Please note that this inclusive workshop welcomes individuals who are gluten intolerant, vegan, and/or vegetarian, but cannot accommodate substitute ingredients for allergies.

Suitable for adults, and kids (minimum 10 years old).

An adult must accompany any attending kids. The adult may observe at the class for free.
