Tofu Miso pickles, sauerkraut or Kimchi, seasonal salt brine vegetable and/or fruit pickles, you'll get to savor and sample an array of Marcea's flavorful creations.
Marcea will also demonstrate how to make quick seasonal Tofu Miso pickles and ensure you leave feeling confident in caring for your ferments at home.
Please note that this inclusive workshop welcomes individuals who are gluten intolerant, vegan, and/or vegetarian, but cannot accommodate substitute ingredients for allergies.

This class is appropriate for absolute beginners, NDIS individuals and those wanting inspiration or extra ideas for the holidays and/or to improve their gut flora and microbiome.

  • Knife
  • Cutting board
  • Bowl to knead the sauerkraut in
  • 1/ 4-500 ml. jar and a 250- 300-ml. Jars sterilized with lids
  • Apron (optional)
