Understand anxiety, calm your nervous system, and create lasting calm.
What You'll Learn & Experience
Do you ever wish you could quiet your mind and simply feel calm again?
Perhaps you find yourself overthinking, worrying about the future, replaying conversations long after they've happened, or feeling overwhelmed by anxious thoughts and the physical symptoms that often come with them.
If that sounds familiar, you're not alone.
Having experienced anxiety and overthinking myself, I understand how exhausting it can be. Through my own healing journey, years of mindfulness practice, Neuro Transformation Therapy, and more than 25 years supporting others, I've discovered that anxiety doesn't have to control your life.
I created Finding Calm to share the understanding and practical tools that have helped both myself and so many of my clients experience greater peace, clarity and emotional resilience.
During this supportive two-hour workshop:
  • Understand why anxiety feels so real and what is happening within your mind, body and nervous system.
  • Calm your mind naturally using simple mindfulness, breathing and nervous system regulation techniques you can use anytime.
  • Understand neuroplasticity and how your brain can create healthier, calmer patterns.
  • Break free from the cycle of anxiety and overthinking using practical tools including mindfulness, breathing and the ABC Technique.
  • Focus your energy where it matters most with the Circle of Control, helping you spend less time worrying and more time living.
  • Create your own personalised Finding Calm Plan, so you leave with clear, practical steps to help you live your life to the fullest and continue your progress.
  • Take home your Finding Calm Companion Guide, filled with key workshop insights, reflection exercises and practical tools to support you long after the workshop ends.
  • You'll be welcomed into a warm, relaxed and supportive environment where there's no pressure to share anything you're not comfortable sharing.
Whether anxiety has been part of your life for years, or you're simply feeling overwhelmed by life's demands right now, you'll leave with a deeper understanding of yourself, practical tools you can use every day, and renewed confidence that feeling calmer is not only possible, it's something you can begin creating from today.

Hi, I’m Isabelle.
I know what it’s like to struggle with anxiety.
I know what it’s like to lie awake at night unable to sleep because your mind won’t switch off. To wake with a racing heart. To overthink conversations, worry about the future and wonder if you’ll ever feel like yourself again. To fear that the anxiety might last forever.
For many years, that was my life.
My own journey led me to mindfulness, personal growth and eventually Neuro Transformation Therapyâ„¢. As I began to understand more about the mind, mindfulness and the incredible ability our brains have to change, everything started to make sense.
My relationship with anxiety began to change.
I realised I didn’t need to keep trying to push it away. Instead, I learned to make room for it with kindness and compassion. The more I understood my anxiety, the less I feared it.
That changed everything.
It also inspired me to help others discover that there is hope and that lasting change is possible.
For over 25 years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting people through teaching, mentoring and coaching. I’m a qualified Neuro Transformation Therapy™ Practitioner, Mindfulness Mentor and Coach, an Insight Timer teacher, and I’ve taught mindfulness in schools as well as working with adults from all walks of life.
I love teaching because there is nothing more rewarding than seeing someone begin to understand themselves with greater kindness and compassion. Watching people realise they’re not alone, begin to feel hopeful again, and leave with practical tools they can use in everyday life is a privilege.
My workshops are warm, welcoming and interactive. Together we’ll explore mindfulness, self-compassion and practical ways to understand anxiety, become more aware, begin creating new pathways and find greater peace in everyday life.
I truly believe we all have the capacity to create positive change. Sometimes we simply need the right understanding, the right tools and a little more kindness towards ourselves.
I want everyone who joins one of my workshops to leave knowing there is hope. No matter how long you’ve struggled, change is possible.
I’d love to welcome you to one of my workshops.
