During this session, you will be guided through a gentle yet energising yoga flow inspired by the rhythm of the ocean. You will begin with simple breathwork to settle your mind and connect with your body, followed by mindful sequences that enhance strength, flexibility, and balance. Each posture is carefully demonstrated and verbally guided so you can practice safely and confidently in your own space.
You will feel supported every step of the way, with clear cues and modifications offered for all levels—whether this is your first yoga class or you’ve been practising for years. By the end of the session, you will leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected to yourself, carrying practical breathing and movement techniques you can use long after the session ends.

I didn’t find yoga in a studio — I found it during a time in my life when I was searching.
I’ve always followed my gut rather than a traditional path. I’ve travelled the world, worked different jobs, volunteered in different countries, and said yes to experiences that stretched me far beyond my comfort zone. But it was during that season of movement and uncertainty that yoga became my anchor.
What started as a physical practice slowly became something much deeper. Yoga helped me regulate my nervous system when life felt overwhelming. It taught me how to listen — not just to my body, but to my intuition. That was the pivotal shift. Yoga stopped being “exercise” and became a way of living.
I eventually felt called to train as a certified yoga teacher, not because I wanted to perform or instruct, but because I wanted to hold space for others the way yoga had held space for me.
I love teaching because I get to witness people soften.
I see it in the moment someone drops their shoulders for the first time in weeks. Or when their breath deepens. Or when they realise they are stronger than they thought.
Teaching isn’t about perfect poses for me — it’s about helping people reconnect with themselves. Especially in a world that constantly pulls us outward.
There’s something incredibly powerful about guiding someone back into their own body.
I was born in Austria but have been living in Australia for over six years. The ocean here deeply influences my teaching. My classes are fluid, grounded, and breath-led — inspired by waves, rhythm, and nature.
Many people don’t know that my background of travelling and working different jobs shaped my teaching style. I’ve met people from all walks of life, and that helps me create spaces that feel inclusive, real, and non-intimidating.
You don’t need to be flexible. You don’t need to “be good at yoga.” You just need to show up.
I’ve been working in the fitness and wellness industry for over 12 years, supporting people in building strength, resilience, and a deeper connection to their bodies.
I hold a Diploma in Fitness and Health, which gave me a strong foundation in anatomy, movement science, and safe, intelligent programming. Six years ago, I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, deepening my understanding of traditional yoga philosophy, breathwork, and mindful sequencing.
In addition to this, I hold a Certificate IV in Yoga Teaching, equivalent to 800 hours of training, allowing me to teach with depth, confidence, and a strong emphasis on safety and alignment.
Over the years, I’ve guided students through gentle restorative sessions, dynamic flow classes, and thoughtfully structured programs that integrate philosophy, breath, and functional movement. My background in fitness combined with traditional yoga training allows me to bridge strength and softness — creating classes that are both grounding and empowering.
