About The Creative Circles
Virginie – Founder of The Creative Circles
Creativity has always been at the heart of who I am. From a young age, I immersed myself in various creative endeavours, exploring everything from painting to pottery, constantly learning new ways to express myself and tap into my imagination.
Over 12 years ago, my journey into wellness began when I came across the inspiring story of someone battling stage 4 cancer. Her resilience led me to explore holistic health practices such as plant-based living, Vedic meditation, and nutrition, which not only transformed my life but deepened my love for the healing power of creativity.
The Creative Circles was born out of my passion for combining creativity with holistic wellness. In my Creative Circles, I blend the therapeutic power of Expressive Arts Therapy with a focus on personal growth and relaxation. Pottery, painting, crafting, and other creative outlets are all part of these circles, offering participants a hands-on way to release stress, reconnect with their inner selves, and fully experience the present moment.
Whether you’re moulding clay, painting, or crafting, each circle invites you to discover new aspects of yourself in a supportive, community-driven environment.
At The Creative Circles, my mission is to guide you on your wellness journey through creativity and connection. Join us to explore your artistic side, find inner calm, and build meaningful relationships with others on the same path. Take the first step today, book a session and start your journey toward a more balanced, fulfilling life.
Virginie (Ginny).
