Knowledge required
This is a beginner-friendly class. Everyone can journal and get a lot out of this process. Whether you've never journaled or love to put pen to paper, everyone is welcome at this class!
 
What to bring
All you need is a pen and paper. With each step, you'll be guided to practice. Whatever you write is personal and you won't be asked to share it.
 
Your teacher

I'm Ingrid, a life coach with a primary school teaching background. I've always found writing to be cathartic. But, I didn't always know how to get the best out of a journal writing session. It was a few years ago when I started using a step-by-step approach to journal writing, that I noticed so many aspects of my life start to change for the better.

I've been teaching this guided process to individuals, small groups and organisations for over two years.

I believe in the power of journal writing and am looking forward to journaling with you!
