What you'll do
Get messy with clay, bring your favourite bottle of vino and enjoy a clay and sip experience in Sydney as you learn a new skill!
For this fun evening class, the team at Klaypots Studio will teach you how to make your own ceramic homewares by hand (no pottery wheel).
This is a small class with a maximum of six people and is hosted in Karina's new pottery studio in Crows Nest. A smaller class size means that you will get extra attention and learn the basics of hand building in one evening. So you can pinch, coil, and carve away - we like to focus on teaching you how to make unique homewares.
Your two favourite pieces will be bisque fired, glazed by the Klaypots team and fired again and be available for collection four to six weeks after the class. We can fire more pieces for you at an additional cost per piece.

I am Karina and I am a ceramic artist, business owner and teacher based in Crows Nest on the upper north shore in Sydney. My passion for ceramics started out as a hobby in 2016 and over the last two years has really grown into a small business with a focus on handmade small batch ceramics and tailor-made events for clay lovers and learners.
I have a passion for teaching and making. I'm a very social person and I love meeting new people, teaching others how to create ceramics and explore clay, hosting events and collaborating with other businesses in fun and creative ways.
I hope that I can teach you to make something beautiful.
