In this fun hands-on class, you'll learn lots about tasty Japanese superfoods that will help you to gain and maintain a healthy gut.

A healthy gut is a basis of

* Koji, the Japanese culture produces about 400 health components
* Koji fermented foods are Japan’s NATURAL flavor enhancer - gorgeous UMAMI flavor
* It’s getting seriously trendy among top chefs for its umami flavor as well as gut health community for its good bacteria

You'll learn in particular about Koji, which is the national culture behind Japanese fermented food products and which is becoming very popular among the world's top chefs. You'll use various types of Japanese koji products such as salt koji, amazake, miso, and make super easy and versatile koji sauces.

You'll master the following:
*Make super easy fermented rice salt - salt koji! 5 mins to prepare
* Asian warm Wakame (seaweed) and Salad with Shio Koji Dressing
* Roasted pumpkin and spinach salad with Shio Koji Lemon Dressing
* Sweet amazake Miso Sauce with grilled eggplant, Konnyaku, and tofu
* Konnyaku with Tangy Sweet Miso dressing (sumiso)
* Veggies with Miso Mayonnaise
* Creamy Vegan Carbonara Konnyaku Spaghetti
