How would you describe your role to someone you’ve just met?
My main focus is to make sure that the workshops you read about on ClassBento get you excited about taking one. Maybe more!
Which workshop is on your wishlist?
As someone who loves plants, I’m looking forward to taking a DIY terrarium or moss wall art class. I can never get enough green so it would be a nice way to add to my collection, but with lower maintenance plants so I can keep everything alive! I’m also curious about taking a macrame class. It sounds relaxing and I would have a pretty place to put one of my many plants.
Who are you bringing along?
I have a group of four friends who I met in our first year of college (university) and we’ve had many adventures together. I feel incredibly lucky to have them as a support network but what I love most is that we like to make each other laugh, usually with texts of old photos or silly gifs.
The five of us live in different states so we normally meet every summer for a girls’ weekend. It’s been tough postponing our getaways the past two years, so an online class sounds like an awesome way for us to see each other besides our group chats on FaceTime.
While I’d love to do a macrame or DIY terrarium class, if we took a vote, a cocktail class would probably be the unanimous winner! Our meet-up weekends always involve a long hike and we reward ourselves with a nice dinner and drinks. Learning how to make cocktails would be a way for us to share a small part of our traditions while we look forward to seeing each other in person soon.
