How would you describe your role to someone you’ve just met?
I am the General Manager of ClassBento in the US. I work across all departments to ensure the business is successful and thriving over here in the good old US of A.
Which workshop is on your wishlist?
Chocolate making! I’ve always loved eating chocolate – milk chocolate when I was young and darker mixes as I’ve gotten older. I recently became enamoured after taking a tasting class where I learned how involved it is to source and process cacao beans.
Who are you bringing along?
My cousin spent his childhood with strict dietary guidelines and wasn't able to eat much chocolate. As he got older, he really started to appreciate it – especially the good stuff! He’s now at the point in his life where he’s started appreciating all food crafts. Guided chocolate making seems like the perfect intersection of two poignant moments in his life!
