As a young person I experienced challenges with my own mental and emotional well-being. I found connection, community and support through creative dance community. I have been devoted to creating safe spaces through dance, movement, and inclusive community, which give those of us on the well-being path a chance to process emotion, and re-connect to our bodies through somatic practices. This can be a great complement to talk therapies!
