ARTea is a vibrant art studio offering dynamic activities for adults who love to create or to celebrate a special occasion.  ARTea is a large chic private warehouse available for exclusive hire ideal for low-key intimate events to large family get togethers (capacity 120). We offer simply venue hire (blank canvas) to fully styled events. ARTea offers unique events that give you the opportunity to interact with family & friends in a creative, entertaining, and relaxed environment.

Working with our sister company Roxy’s Entertainment, featuring an Art Deco influenced cocktail bar, is an unexpected treasure. With its own fully stocked bar showcasing a premium spirit selection, this is the perfect addition to your event. From a casual cocktail party to a more formal event including birthdays, milestones, family social catch ups and celebrations.

ARTea organises everything in their large chic warehouse studio space in South Melbourne or a venue of your choice (office, community centres, wedding, event venue). (Functions are available 7 days a week and times are flexible.

No experience is needed as their professional artists will guide you every step of the way until you have created an artwork to be proud of.
Classes include paintings based on famous contemporary artists, pottery, flower crowns & arrangements, terrariums, cocktail making, cooking and much more. Professional artist, teacher and founder of ARTea Art School Helen Pollard will guide you step by step to completion. She has over 15 years of teaching experience and loves inspiring minds to create.

Grab a glass of wine or a cocktail from their Art Deco inspired bar and your favourite people (connect with your friends and family that you have not seen in a while) for a creative fun evening to reconnect and socialise!

ARTea is an ART school nurturing creativity and celebrating special events! Our beautiful venue is located in Port Melbourne for your next ARTea event. Our art school also offers a wide range of professional programs for children (pre-school – STEAM, 5-12 years, teens, holiday) & adults (classes, social art events, mothers groups, Creative Hens/High Tea & Corporate Team Building). We now offer programs, parties and events online.

We specialise in parties, we offer a range of packages and activities for all ages, girls & boys from baby keep sake prints, sensory play, painting like your favourite artist, clay sculpting, t-shirt fashion design, skateboard graffiti art and much more!! We can tailer the art activity to cater for the interests of the birthday person. Then we finish off the party with party games (pass the parcel, Pinata) and a disco!!

We can organise the party of your dreams, whatever the budget we can sort it out for you!! From very simple venue hire to fully dresses Mad Hatter’s High Tea party, with your ideas, ARTea party can make it into a reality! We hand make our decorations and we love a challenge so add a theme, any is possible. The venue is very versatile so invite your favourite superhero or a fairy, pet your favourite farm animal, mini pets, reptile or pony dress ups and bop to your favourite song at the disco.

We can also visit you, simply leave the work to us and we will look after all planning and preparations. Invite us to your next birthday party, event, fete, festival, christening, corporate function, wedding or any celebration. We bring all the equipment and materials and host the activities.
