The mindfulness of the ceremony is apparent from the start with a singing bowl and meditation. Bec is so thoroughly in touch with the teas she serves, and I was really impressed with how she balances education about the tea characteristics whilst being able to manage the different brewing/steeping times for all the teas! the snacks are a perfect pairing too!
