What you'll do
Learn how to create gorgeous cookie designs with royal icing in our fun 5-hour beginner class.
Julia, Miss Biscuit founder, will teach you how to bake the perfect cookie, make, colour, and flavour royal icing, make different consistencies, and take you step by step through these 8 designs. You will take home a completed box of woodlands themed cookies.
AGE RESTRICTION – This class is recommended for adults; however, 14 years and older can attend with an adult (two tickets must be purchased). The minimum age to attend without an adult is 16 years.

Miss Biscuit started as a home based cookie decorating business. Although we loved selling and decorating, we soon found that people actually wanted to learn how to make their own decorated biscuits rather than buying ours.
Over time Miss Biscuit grew to become more than classes and an online shop, it evolved into a proud and passionate community, committed to offering the highest quality of classes and the most diverse range of decorating supplies.
