We are Ballarat’s oldest modern-day distillery - the first to operate on the Victorian goldfields since the 1930s.

We’ve been crafting award-winning spirits of distinction since 2016, with our roots in Scotland and a love for whisky that runs deep. A trip to England sparked the idea for our vapour-infused gin, and Larrikin Gin became an instant favourite.

After years of patiently waiting, 2024 saw the launch of our whisky – worth every minute of that gold(fields) aging process.

As a small family business we are proud of our growth and expansion, employing local staff and obtaining recognition for our spirits on the world stage. Having fun is part of our identity and we love to share the true-blue Australian larrikin spirit far and wide as well as in our hometown.
