Join experienced chef Davide Tonucci for this knife skills workshop and learn how to slice, dice, julienne and chiffonade a range of different ingredients like a pro!
Class outline:
- How to hold and use a knife effectively
- How to sharpen and take care of your knives. Good knives can last a lifetime!
- Each student to prepare a selection of fresh produce
- The class will then use the expertly prepared produce to create a delicious meal
The bench will be stacked with an array of different produce for you to practice as Chef Davide guides you. Your skillfully prepared food will then be transformed into a fabulous feast to enjoy at the end of the class.
