4.5 hours

Class size 1 to 6 (public classes), 6 to 12
  $49 (Afterpay available)

Discover the power of meditation and how it can positively impact your mind and life. This workshop is designed for anyone curious and new to meditating or for those looking to explore their own practice in a peaceful setting. Led by our experienced instructors, our program combines simple, science-backed techniques with practical tools to help you build a sustainable meditation habit.
We’ll enter the broad scope of ‘meditation’ from various angles: rhythmic, visual, movement, sound, and so on. Importantly, you’ll leave understanding some of the mechanics, as well as the ‘how’ behind it all. You’ll explore methods to calm your mind, improve focus, and reduce stress over the long term, all while gaining a deeper understanding of mindfulness and its benefits.
Through guided sessions, interactive workshops, and plenty of time for personal reflection, you’ll walk away with the confidence to integrate meditation into your daily routine (if you so choose). Whether you’re a complete beginner or looking to refine your practice, this retreat offers a reset, as well as everything you need to unlock a calmer, more focused, and more balanced you.

How Do I Get There?
The venue is nestled in Colo Heights, approximately 120 minutes by car from Sydney CBD. The nearest town and train station is Windsor (39 minutes away). We’re also 44 minutes away from Richmond Station (trains are more frequent at this station). You’re welcome to drive and park at the retreat or catch the train. We recommend a train to Richmond, so you can easily book a taxi to the retreat centre for roughly $100. (Note: we suggest booking in advance, as it can be difficult to organise a taxi from there.) If flying from interstate, you can first catch a train to Sydney Central, and go from there. Check out a local cab company for trip planning and schedules.
Is There Parking At The Retreat Centre?
Yes, there is ample parking on the property. Where possible, we recommend car pooling.
