What you'll do

Come on a journey into our kitchen and immerse yourself in an afternoon rich in family history and Lebanese culture, as we prepare together a collection of dishes just as we would growing up.

During this lamb cooking class, you'll learn how to prepare a whole lamb shoulder under the guidance of our passionate and experienced chefs.

As you lamb simmers away, releasing its wonderful aroma throughout the kitchen, you'll indulge in Kibbeh Nayyeh. We'll also prepare a Tabbouch dip, deluxe Fattoush and jewelled rice, before plating everything up and sitting together just like a big family to feast on our delicious creations.
