What you'll do
In this engaging barista class, we'll delve into the world of coffee roasting and gain an understanding of the various roast types and the nuances they bring to your cup. You'll also participate in a cupping session to refine your palate and explore the intricate flavours of different beans.
- Get hands-on experience with a range of coffee making devices, learning about the specific grinds required for each to achieve the perfect brew.
- Practice your milk texturing techniques and develop your Latte Art skills under the guidance of our expert instructors.
Throughout the workshop, our aim is to provide a welcoming and supportive environment where you can feel comfortable experimenting and honing your craft. By the end of the session, you'll not only have expanded your knowledge and skills but also be ready to create cafe-quality beverages. You'll also get to go home with a cupping bowl and spoon as well as a colour chart.
This barista workshop is for intermediates who have some experience with making coffee. Complete beginners should check out our beginner-friendly barista class.

With 20 years experience in training, and Partnered with a local RTO, we now also run Barista Basics Classes, both accredited and short courses, and do coffee events like Cuppings and Coffee Food Pairing.
