Join me, Belinda, and my gorgeous chocolate bestie, Vicki from Adixions, as we present an exclusive 'Luxe Tea + Chocolate Pairing' event.

Learn about BBB teas and Adixions chocolates, learn how to best taste and evaluate the flavour profiles of both, and gain knowledge about the health benefits of each! Then enjoy 3 luxury tea + chocolate taste combinations. You do not want to miss this indulgent sensory experience as we take you through our favourite tea + chocolate pairings.

In the same vein as wine, tea can be paired beautifully with a variety of foods, especially fine chocolate! Vicki and I have spent MANY hours taste testing (a very hard job) to put together the most incredible tea + chocolate pairings for your delight and pleasure on the palate.

ABOUT VICKI and ADIXIONS

Vicki Papazaharias is the most incredible luxury chocolatier with a passion for premium, indulgent chocolate. Under the much-loved brand Adixions, Vicki creates the most exquisite award-winning chocolates handcrafted in Adelaide using the finest ingredients, fair trade, traceable premium chocolate, and locally sourced seasonings.

Over the years, Vicki + I have collaborated many times to create a series of stunning tea + chocolate pairings and gifts. Our products complement each other SO beautifully, and we can't wait to share our love for tea + chocolate with you!

About Belinda from Brewed By Belinda
Belinda is both a Certified Tea Blender and Certified Tea Master with a BIG love for tea. She started BBB in 2015 and as well as having her own retail and wholesale range of organic teas and tisanes both online and at her studio in Queenstown SA, she creates custom blends, offers tea education & tea blending workshops and more. Belinda considers her creations as ‘Art You Can Drink’ as she approaches her work with tea as an artist, working with her creative flow and intuition. Belinda lives in Adelaide, SA with her Husband Stephen and two gorgeous boys, Archie and Luca. She drinks tea all day.

About Paula from Paula Holyoake Healing
Paula is local to Semaphore SA and specialises in Yin and Restorative Yoga, Reiki Healing and Psychic Angel Card Readings. Her approach is genuine, gentle, individual focused, present and inclusive. Paula loves to help people to connect to their own spirituality and light and we are excited for her to add some beautiful little touches to our tea mindfulness session.

Brewed By Belinda is an award-winning boutique tea company creating organic artisan loose-leaf tea blends and herbal/fruit tisanes. The company was started by Belinda Hellyer in 2015. Belinda holds both a Certified Tea Master and Certified Tea Blender qualification with Australian Tea Masters.

The BBB suite of blends is inspired by “the arts” and is the place where Belinda’s two great life passions – tea and the arts – pash.

Belinda’s background is in the arts as a performer, producer and arts manager. She has always taken a creative approach to her work armed with a pot of tea by her side. She has loved tea forever - it brings people together, soothes a weary soul and can ignite a creative spark.

All blends are made with 100% ORGANIC ingredients. There are no nasties. Belinda cares greatly about the land, the farmers, the pickers, their families, you and your family.

Belinda believes a glimmering creative spark is at the essence of each of us and if we can cut through the demands of daily life and connect with ourselves, and the things that inspire us, creative wisdom will follow. Belinda believes tea is the answer.
