Enjoy the online class - after booking, you'll get a link to join the interactive class.
Learn how to sculpt a human torso from the comfort of your own home in very small groups (or one on one).
You will be able to look at torso sculptures, as well as the slides that your teacher will be sharing with you with specific anatomy references.
Everyone will receive wire for the armature on a wooden stand which will help to build the sculpture and provide the basic proportions that can be challenging for beginners.
Irina will be sculpting live with you and provide constant feedback to nudge your sculpture in the right direction. If you want to receive more in-depth instructions, you are more than welcome to ask. Everyone will receive a follow-up email with further references and literature recommendations.
One of the major differences between applied (such as pottery making) and fine arts is that in the fine arts there are no strict rules that could make our project unsuccessful or "failed" to serve its function.
This means, that with the right guidance, everyone will be able to create a little sculpture that will undoubtedly have its beauty and artistic features.
We will be sculpting with air-drying clay which is suitable to stay on the wooden base you receive in your craft box. This way you’ll have a plinth for your sculpture to ensure a firm and nice base.
Express shipping included in price.

Hi, I'm Irina.
I like to introduce myself as a sculptor, although I'm engaged in different art disciplines too. I have never had another profession, nor have I wanted one. I fell in love with three-dimensional art at a very early age which came to me naturally, as I was born in a family of artists. It was the world I've grown up in, a measure of value around me.
I have graduated from Fine Arts, majoring in Sculpture, and with a bit of luck, I had a chance to work internationally and gain great experience in different industries and media. Cooperating with professionals from other creative fields has perfectioned my skills and broadened the views of my artistic expression.
I have tried to gather all the projects I am engaged in on this website, showcase it, sell and teach my art. Always open for the new projects with fellow creatives, just get in touch.
