Christmas is coming, and what better way to celebrate than by creating your own one-of-a-kind festive wreath?
Join sculptor and fibre artist Cherry Corr for a Christmas wreath making workshop, where you'll enjoy a joyful afternoon of creative upcycling as you design and craft your personalised Christmas wreath using a mix of natural and salvaged materials. In this relaxed, hands-on class, you’ll learn to weave, wrap, sew and tie your wreath into a beautiful keepsake that reflects your style—perfect for your front door, wall or as a heartfelt handmade gift.
With a focus on sustainability and creative reuse, you’ll be encouraged to de-stash and repurpose materials you already have at home, from ribbons and buttons to fabric scraps and old decorations, transforming them into something uniquely festive. Most core materials will be provided, but you’re invited to bring along a few personal treasures and leftover decorations to embellish your design for that extra touch of meaning.
This is a relaxed, social workshop that celebrates the spirit of Christmas while giving old materials a new life. Whether you’re a seasoned crafter or a complete beginner, you’ll leave with a beautiful upcycled wreath and plenty of inspiration for sustainable holiday decorating.

Cherry Corr

Cherry is a sculptor who explores form and line in space using a range of recycled materials. Discarded objects and materials are her main source of inspiration – from discarded furniture to vegetation cuttings, as they can be re-imagined, renewed and rebuilt.

Cherry's works reference the original form of the material or object, often with a humorous or quirky element. She says: “I like the thought that my work may make people smile, while discovering new relevance for the repurposed materials in relation to the environment and culture they experience every day.”
