I was lucky enough to be born and raised amidst the rugged landscapes of Scotland. There I developed an early appreciation for light, colour, and form - inspired by the Impressionists.

My art employs expressive brushwork and vibrant, emotive colour palettes. I aim to invite viewers to pause and find respite from the constant stress of modern life.

I am often told by people that they have no talent or can't create art. This inspired me to teach art, developing a process that anyone can follow. Just like my teachers have done for me, I will help you to build upon to enhance your skills, regardless of your current abilities. Embracing an art practice has significant mental health benefits, offering a meditative escape and a means to connect deeply with one's emotions and surroundings.
