Our business, Essenze Chocolate has been making award winning chocolates for the past 16 years in Caringbah and thought it was time to share our love of chocolate with everyone.

We invite you to step into our beautifully designed studio Melt & Make and embark on a delightful journey of chocolate making. Whether you're a seasoned foodie or a complete beginner, our expert chocolatiers will guide you every step of the way.

Vincenzo has worked as a chef, pastry chef in Italy and has been sharing his creations in Australia for the past 22 years.

Elizabeth has been a chocolatier at Essenze Chocolate for the past 14 years
